Description for blind and low-vision visitors
A horizontal painting dominated by a large yellow bird-like creature that spans most of the composition, its body curving from upper right toward the center. Its head, at the upper right, has a long curved beak and a slender crest, and a heavily patterned wing of teal, blue and brown scallops covers its back at the center. On the left a sweeping fan of fine combed lines in brown, green and ochre forms a long tail. The lower portion shows smaller orange and red fish-like creatures with trailing fins, one at lower left and another at lower right. The background is a wash of pink, lavender and yellow streaked with small red marks across the top. A serpentine patterned tail loops through the lower center.
